Shipping Information

Physicians Warehouse offers FREE same-day shipping to the lower 48 states on ALL orders, no matter the size or cost. We use Fedex Ground & Fedex Home Delivery for most shipping in the continental US. We also use the US Postal Service for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (additional shipping cost may apply). In some cases, most often when the customer delivery address is in close proximity to one of our warehouses, we may use local courier services, such as OnTrac, to facilitate speedy next day delivery at no extra charge.

All products are shipped from one of our seven strategically located warehouses across the US. In this way we are able to achieve 1-3 day delivery timeframe to most customers in the continental US. In the event that your ordered item is out of stock at the nearest warehouse, we will ship from the next closest warehouse, which in some rare cases may add an additional day to your estimated delivery timeframe.

ORDER CUTOFF TIME: 3:00 PM Eastern (12:00 noon Pacific) Monday through Friday. Orders received prior to the shipping cutoff time will be processed and shipped the same day. For fastest delivery place your order before 3:00 PM Monday to Thursday which in most cases will result in next day or 2nd day delivery (as Fedex does not deliver on Sundays).

Returns & Exchanges

At Physicians Warehouse we strive to ensure our customers’ complete satisfaction. As such, unless specifically noted on the product page, within 30 days of your purchase, any sealed, unopened products may be returned to us for exchange or store credit of the full original sale amount, or for a refund less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Simply ship it back to us with a note indicating how you would like us to handle the return (store credit or refund to your credit card). No return authorization number is necessary, however return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because of the nature of the medical equipment sold, we are unable to accept returns of opened items.

  • Accessories are considered opened if the sealed packaging has been opened.
  • Machines or devices are considered used if the manufacturer’s seal on the box has been breached or, in the event no seal is present, the packaging has been opened and usage hours are present on the machine, or if the machine shows any signs of misuse or damage.
  • Exceptions to the above will require prior approval and may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Please contact us first and do not return any product until you have been issued a Return Authorization Number and return instructions by email.
